Our registered dietitian does not only aim provide individualised or group nutrition consultation and personal training services, we aim to also promote nutrition and fitness to the community in hope to spread useful healthy messages to the public, enhancing the health and exercise performance of the wider population. We welcome all forms of collaborations, which include giving talks (both live and online), lectures, product enquiries, interviews, social media coverages and more.
