We aim to remould dietary habits in a step by step approach, build and consolidate exercise techniques, progressive overload with a training program, to enhance muscle mass and strength growth.

On-going seamless All-In-One Services

Our on-going training and nutrition sessions feature regular body composition analysis and a comprehensive assessment that includes analysing body composition, training quality, dietary habits, psychological readiness and sleep in order to adjust our current plan. We also coach effective exercise techniques, progressively strengthen weak points and adjust training program to your needs.

Our registered dietitian works closely with our certified personal trainer to manage both your nutrition and training, which is more effective in matching up training intensity, volume, periodised needs and schedule to your nutrition.

Our on-going nutrition and personal training session includes exploring all aspect of your dietary and exercise habits, formulating individualised meal plan, nutritional goals and training program, adjusting plan on a weekly basis according to your progress

* Total cholesterol, HDL cholesterol, LDL cholesterol, triglycerides and glucose will be tested. An 8 hour fast is required prior to the test
